"I've personally never had or have an issues with this complex or management. Maybe it's because I'm on the A side and I love it. The A side to me is extremely quiet and clean. Management does a great job maintaining this residence. I wish the washing machines worked, but I stopped using them months ago I just rather go outside and do my laundry. A lot of residence are selfish and rude when it comes to sharing the washing machines. I just recently signed my two year lease and I have no regrets."

"Amazing. We came here from Ditmas. We took a tour and I let my child choose it. He chose the best one. One thing I don't understand is when people say there are only 4 Washing machine in the building. You have to wait for your own one. It takes long to ship. Another is when people smoke weed. People barely smoke. AND yea, the have vapes or whatever, but I barely see them use it. I'm Happy I Live Here"

"The apartments are nice but for the price you'll pay it's not worth it. The elevators are always down, people are constantly smoking, the walls are thin, you are dealing with people blasting music all through the night and management does NOTHING. The leasing office only concern is your money, I wish they cared more about the tenants. Parking is extremely expensive, it's the same amount as a car note. There are so many other nice buildings in Midwood that are less expensive and you probably wouldn't have to put up with all the chaos that comes with this building."
