"The supervisors are racist. They show favoritism to certain staff. Ons staff member had the consumer's watch a co worker and that co worker got in a lot of trouble. The supervisors let it happen . You help co-workers who would not help you out. . Every person of color filed a complaint of discrimination and nothing happened so most of the black staff left. A terrible place to work."

"i don't feel that they tried hard enough to help my son when was there to find a job and then all of a sudden when they allowed him being there too long without finding suitable employment for his special needs then they just cut him out of their program because now it was my sons fault he did not have a job........see ya......don't come back. No directions to any other programs that may be more suitable since they did help him. I will not stop looking for help for my son but can anyone imagine how betrayed he felt after being there from 2010-2016. During this time they enjoyed his help on the floor workshop with not complaints. I'm so disappointed with the Keon Center. I only give it one star because i do feel it is a great place for disabled adults can go and socialize with others like themselves, do their floor workshop projects and make a strong attempt to live a normal life; however, it needs to be revamped with better management, and job search coaches who are not afraid or upper management won't allow them to support their consumers."
