Colony House

"It’s all about the closet space! It’s a great place to live in Red Bank, allowing super fast access to the Parkway and walking into town was only 5-10mins depending on where you wanted to go (~8mins to the library and Playa Bowls, the most important spots!). Whenever we had something that needed attention, the super and staff were right on it through the super convenient resident portal app. I’d personally also mention the nice touches here and there in the apartment - specifically the Schlage locks that allowed me to never have to fumble with my keys coming home to open my door. Plus it’s really really really convenient for me to just tap a button on my phone and presto - never missing a package delivery, food delivery, or worrying about forgetting my keys! The tech was great! Overall, solid place to live and would definitely choose it again!"

"Colony House is an extremely convenient location for walking to shops, restaurants, the train station, and the public library in Red Bank. There are great views from the units, as well as the backyard. During nice weather, we loved sitting at the table and chairs down by the water. I also appreciate that there is a free parking lot across the street for residents and guests, so we never had to pay for parking. There are garage spaces available to rent on the basement level of the building too, but we never felt the need. It is an older building, but the lobby and units have been updated, and the units are a great size. The living room-kitchen-dining room is open floor plan, and the bedrooms and closets are very spacious. (I do wish the bathrooms had more functional storage. With tiled walls, you can't hang additional shelving easily, and there are no medicine cabinets, etc.) When there were maintenance issues, the super, building manager, and contractors have been helpful, friendly, and polite."

"My husband and I are so pleased with our decision to move to the Colony House in a newly renovated unit. Our unit is very spacious with an open concept living/kitchen area and lots of closet space. The building sits right on the water where we can enjoy the view from our unit as well as the buildings back patio area for residents to share (and includes outdoor furniture and a grill in the warmer months). Maintenance requests are quickly addressed and the staff has always been pleasant to deal with."

"At Colony House, I have stunning river views, plenty of space in a nicely renovated apartment, and a feeling of safety. The management and the super are quick to respond and resolve any issues, and the residents are nice. If you're looking for luxury apartment living in Red Bank, I recommend Colony House."

"I moved into Colony House in August and cannot say enough positive things about it so far. The building itself is in a great location, right on the water. They provide a grill and seating area outside with lounge chairs by the river which is a plus. You can walk to everything you need from building, including the train station which is awesome if you need to go into the city. The apartments are all renovated, and it feels as if no one has lived in the apartment before when you move in. They have an app where you can put in a request if anything is needed, and they get it done and answer promptly. I absolutely love living here."
