"I would not recommend anyone to purchase or rent at Atlantic Towers. My family has had an extremely negative experience. The worst problem is damages to our apartment caused by leaking facade. In 10 months nothing has been done to make permanent or temporary repairs. We are told that more than 20 other apartments in different parts of the complex have suffered water damages from the leaking facade in 2023 and new damages appear with every heavy rain."

"Unprofessional management and won’t be able to help with any issues if you’ve with apartment, packages. There management office is useless and good luck getting anything done with Alex - property manager at 1213 Avenue Z. Not only he is not helpful but doesn’t know how to talk to people as well. Security, cleanliness, package drop off are big concerns in this place. 3 of my packages have got stollen from drop off area and Alex property manager not only can’t solve anything but is rude. One time my apartment was broken into and there is lack of security check. Floors are smelly. I regret moving in this building. On plus side people who work here - like maintenance, super, other staff are great."
