"The front staff here is great – they always pick up the phone, I always get an appointment, and I've always been able to get in quickly. Dr. Burns, on the other hand, feels like the kind of doctor that wants to retire but can't retire. He's uninterested, never remembers his patients, and uses a computer to diagnose you. The last straw for me was an ER trip that I called the office TWICE about asking for him to call me back to discuss an action plan after such a scary situation.....never got followup call since then. I do not recommend. There are plenty of other doctors (who actually care) in Morris County."

"The office staff are the best I've ever seen. The woman who normally greets me may be the most cheerful person I've met in a doctor's office. I've only seen the PA so far, but she was direct and obviously dedicated to helping me. I have absolutely no doubt I'll be taken care of here. I've heard only good things about Dr. Burns as well! When you walk in the entry door it is the next door directly in front of you. See attached picture. It can be harder to find if someone leaves the door open."
