"Smoke free means no smoking. Yet my family member that lives there has to deal with second hand smoke from his neighbors and it is making him sick. This is not ok and is a health hazard. Something needs to be done. Suppose to be smoke free because smoke from connecting apartments seep right into the next apartment."
