"The apartment are beautiful I can not wait to live there."

"PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CONSIDERING: 1. This place was horrible for many reasons and many residents can attest to this and I wish more reviews were put out there showing that. Just because it’s refurbished and new doesn’t mean it’s sufficient living. 2. To begin, when looking at this location I specifically said that I did not want a dog above me. I toured the location 3 separate times in all the same time of the day and no indication of a dog nor did they say the above resident had one each time going . Move in day, I hear this terribly trained pit bull named Mason and there incompetent owners running about being loud as possible. 1 year of that hell. So the theme of Baypointe so far is Lies. 3. Now the most important complaint! 2 residents myself included, got our car windows smashed and no reimbursement nor did they ever find out who did it. The detectives needed assistance and information. And guess what? The cameras they do have do not face the parking lot. Many residents got there cars keyed and damaged at this place. 4. My washer in my unit broke spontaneously and it took them over 6 months to repair it…To remind you, the selling point for this place was the washer and dryer in the unit. Remember that. 5. The parking for this complex was beyond atrocious!!!! There was only five guest parking spots and the majority of the time were always taken up so having company over became a burden as your guests would have to walk over a mile to come over. 6. The internet connection was god awful at this place, many resident on the 2nd floor complained how we would always get disconnected and terrible service. Working from home became a terrible experience from this alone. 7. The mold. Over 5 different residents had mold issues. This place was built last year and they already had this issue. I had to breathe in mold for months in this “new complex” The only thing that I enjoyed about this apartment complex was the sole fact that every resident had the sense of unity and community because we all disliked the complex itself. Do yourself a favor and find a different place. If not I wish you the best and hopefully you’re the anomaly and have a good experience."
