"Parking is absolutely horrendous. They do absolutely nothing about it despite resident's constant complaints. The rent is way too high for this nonsense. I was also told when I signed my lease that I had the option for a garage. When I asked about that a few months later due to the horrible parking issues, I was told that I have to ask the people in my building to let me know when they're moving out so I can get the garage. Ridiculous. I followed up with management several times - no response. I was finally told that my apartment either comes with a garage or it doesn't and mine doesn't. Complete lie."

"Management staff are rude , disrespectful and unprofessional. I needed help with something and was told by Amanda that she didn’t have time to help me because she had 500 other families to work with . Then what is the purpose of her employment? They lie and change the rules to work in their favor on any given day . I wouldn’t live here if they charged no rent . Luxury ? Absolutely not . Residents are ignored when they claim other dogs are off leash . To really enjoy the living experience here I was severely injured by a dog living in the complex . Management tried very hard to deny any knowledge of who owner of dog in question was. They tried every ploy to no avail . Lied to law enforcement about it as well . Got them though , thankfully . That disgusting Amanda should have lost her real estate license ."

"I liked this complex when I moved in. Nice people, nice apartment and nice grounds. However, I soon learned that the parking is HORRIFIC. There are not enough spaces for residents and NO street parking. I have to leave my car at a friends 1 miles away overnight because I just cannot park. This is ridiculous."

"I have lived here for a little over a year. It is truly a great place to live. The apartments are beautifully done and the office and maintenance staff go out of their way to accommodate. I strongly recommend this development and the Kaplan Company in general, to anyone looking for a special place to rent."
