"Nothing good about this so called company! took the money for an order right away, including shipping costs. ordered in April 2022. It is now July 2022. No items ever shipped or received! No word back now the voice mail box is full, no answer. No reply to any of the countless emails sent. they take your money and NEVER send you what you have ordered! NEVER EVER order from them! Zero stars!!!"

"I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered parts. I ordered two parts April 18, 2022, and have not received them. I have sent multiple emails and no response. They do not answer their telephone either. Of course, they took my money. Hopefully paypal will intervene and return my money. DO NOT DO business with these people."

"Do not order from these people! We ordered rubber tips for our rolling machine on February 13 and those never received. Money was deducted from our account the day after we placed our order. Sent an email to RYO in March asking when we could be expecting our order and never got a response. Now it’s mid April and still nothing. Wish I would have read the other reviews before ordering"

"Ordered parts on February 1st it is March 6th now and still nothing. Got an email less than a minute after ordering that the payment was accepted. Have never received parts, have never even gotten anything saying they have done anything. Have called the number multiple times and there is never an answer. Have emailed them and never have gotten a response. This is the worst place i have ever seen in business. I wish i had seen the hundreds of bad reviews before i ordered parts from them because i would have just bought a new roller. I was hoping to repair it because it belonged to my father who passed away. If i could have give them zero stars or actually negative stars i would have. They sure moved fast to take my money wish they would have moved that fast at shipping out my parts. Scam artists. That is all they are."
