"I have lived in Oxford Arms for the past 4 years and it has been an amazing time and experience. The management and Stacy Malachi are amazing too. Stacy makes sure that all items that needs to be addressed are done asap. She is very helpful, polite and courteous. Always ready to help. She immediately takes care of any issues with the maintenance or any query."

"The maintenance guys are extremely rude whenever they come in and when I went to report Stacy about the same and she also started behaving rudely! I had rat infestation (which was the breaking point for me) in my apartment and several other maintenance problems that she doesn’t even have time to listen to and continues to be rude! The bathroom and kitchen wood work is ancient and they won’t replace or repair it even after complaining many times. The house was handed over without cleaning at all. There was heavy dirt on the sliding doors which prevented them from sliding properly! When I wanted to use the oven I could not use for several months because of the extreme rust and dust inside it. These are some of the several problems at Oxford Arms and the list goes on! The exterminator who came to see the rat problem in my apartment mentioned that several other units in Oxford Arms also have rat infestations and maintenance wouldn’t do much and these guys fail to take any meaningful action to prevent it further which was also confirmed by the exterminator. With all these problems they want to increase the rent every year shamelessly. Attaching the picture of the rat that was caught inside the apartment-"

"Before getting into descriptions about the apartments themselves, Stacy is first off the most amazing property manager from many apartments I have been viewing especially with how urgently I was looking for a space to live in. She will help you day in and day out for the apartment and will provide anything (I saw one insect the day I went to inspect, all that needed to be done was probably a light spray of the area, but she went far and beyond and got an exterminator entirely, never seen a bug since). Before even moving in it was a great experience because of her! In terms of the apartment quality, I love the apartment space of the loft and its price! It is not too crazy and is worth the price for such a large amount of space. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, with the exception of a few dog howls (to be expected in a pet friendly area) and the occasional truck unloading noise, but overall, the area is quiet, neighbors are kind, and the staff are very pleasant! The buildings are old so that is something to be mindful of, but for an old building, I have never heard my downstairs neighbors, so that has to be a plus!"

"I’ve been living here for a little over 6 months and it has been the best experience for my kids and I. Stacy is the best ! She made my entire moving process quick and simple and was very communicative and kind! I came from a nightmare of a complex with the worst manager so this has been a total change for us. We enjoy walking and going on bike rides and especially the pool! I feel safe here as a single Mother and my neighbors are a delight. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a change. Also my apartment is beautiful! We have the loft apartment and people absolutely love it not to mention our outdoor balcony. This was the best choice I have made!"
