"Please be aware DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! The landlord with tell you anything you want to hear about the apartment. BUT VERY AWARE MIVE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! Ron is the lost landlord one could ever have. Not even an animal lives better than we do here. All apartments mold. I have been here for 2 years and for the past year both sinks the kitchen and bathroom do not work I can not wash dishes haven’t cooked in a year because of that I refuse to wash dishes in my tub. Did not paint the apartment when I moved in the rugs god knows when was the last time they changed it, not cooking fan, no fire extinguisher, door bell has never worked, my screen door has been mess up for the 2 years I’ve been here doesn’t take care of the building at all. He is a disgrace to humanity. Now he has raised the rent for everyone by 150-300 in one shot, but wait, when I brought this to his attention he said to me that in order to get my sink fixed I have to wait until he evict’s some tenants which who knows how long that is going to take for them to come and assess the apartment. Not to fix to assess the apartment."
