"applied for apartment, submitted paperwork, husband is a driver and doesnt get paid with regular paystubs and W2. we submitted his job offer letter which indicated his income. receptionist called and said its invalid and they need his paystubs, i said "ok we will ask his boss for the paystubs and submit it" and asked "is there a deadline by which we should submit it?" shes like "no." literally 10 minutes later she emails me a denial letter... like, what? who does that? you said there was no deadline 10 minutes ago. she also misunderstood all my questions over the phone, im not sure she'd even been listening. but the neighborhood and the apartment looks nice. its a bummer we didnt get it but on the brightside we wont have to deal with incompetence."

"This apartment complex is absolutely wonderful to live in! Safe (very well lit at night and located in between two house communities) quiet, maintenance always responds rapidly to any problem, and dog friendly. I’ve been living here for about 7 months now and I have zero complaints. Plenty of space inside the apartment. I have not had a problem with hot water, leaks, heat, anything major (Some blinds weren’t working correctly but that was fixed immediately by maintenance.) For the price you can not go wrong. Best part is, it’s located right by route 18, route 9, any major highway is only a 5-10 minute ride. Live here!!!"

"Quiet neighborhood, dog friendly. Management responds quickly to any inquires you might have. Close to all the popular stores and restaurants. Rebecca is THE sweetest person you’ll ever meet and she really helped with all our questions as this was our first apartment."

"My brother and I rented at Leonardine Gardens for the past four years. We are moving out next month . Do not have a complaint. Their maintenance was always there when we needed them to be, Rebecca walked us through being first time renters and has always been right there to help us with our needs. The apartment was a very good size and we loved every minute of our stay there. Highly recommended."

"We have lived here almost 5 years and it's been such a pleasure. I told myself a year max but there's something so homey about this complex. I've never had a maintenance issue they have always been quick to respond and so helpful. The grounds are kept well landscaping comes every other week. It's dog friendly but I didn't even know my one neighbor had a dog until the other day - I never really hear them so the noise isn't an issue either. It's super close to everything and the dog park is super convenient. Through the years I think we have referred just about 7 people to come live here and only 2 have left ( one moved out of state and the other bought a house!) I can't speak any higher of this place and will certainly keep referring people! We loved hosting the holidays here with such spaces units. Get in there while you can !!!"
