"I attended high school here 1990 til 1994, and loved every yr. of it If I had it my way, I wanted all my offspring to attend...................Go Indians!!!!!!!!"
"Like most other high schools the kids are obnoxious and don't listen (they fight a lot too) and most of the teachers look like they hate their job more then the students hate coming to school , although there are a handful of teachers who do their job well and ensure success with love and support, this school is just for the easy A so if you're looking for quality education this isn't it. The uniforms consist of a white collared shirt and kaki pants (its pretty flexible to work with) and they have a strict no cell phone policy. Money is low which puts the school at a disadvantage and also really sucks when you're interested in sports (which includes volleyball (f), basketball (m,f), baseball(m), softball(f), wrestling(m), track (m,f), and cheerleading) because they are highly favorable to the football team and some others... which puts a very tight budget on everything. The school is very big and only a portion of it is used because theres only roughly 400 students (as of this year)."
"After the last graduating class of the late 70's the Indians has taken a downward spiral. It's sad because the potential is there for Weequahic to be a top notch school in the 21st century. But it's up to the parents to put their kids in check."
"The teacher has already giving up hope for our children they are there just for a check. The parents are young and don't teach they kids any morals or values. They don't explain the value of getting a sound education in this day and age."
"I would never let my kids go there....no way"
