Tall Tree Apartments-Jamesburg

"Roach infested apartments. Closet is way too small can’t fit anything in it my clothes just seem to be everywhere since there isn’t enough space in the closet . Broken window won’t easily open and close and the window keeps falling down. You’re hit by potholes EVERYWHERE as soon as you enter the apartment complex. Not enough parking spaces everyone is fighting over a spot. Washer machines are 3 in total and none of them work as shown in the pictures provided. It’s a serious health concern with the cockroaches in these apartments. Un sanitary"

"This is the worst place I’ve ever had the misfortune of living in. They gave me and the realtor the runaround and wouldn’t let us see the apartment beforehand. When I can finally get into the unit it was absolutely filthy. Within a day of living here I found roaches. Turns out the roaches are a chronic and recurring problem. I also found out one of the windows is broken. On top of that, the landlord is trying to overcharge me in rent and that issue still hasn’t been resolved. There’s also only three washers for all four buildings and one of them has been broken for over a week."
