I’ve also exchanged email with Sr Property Mgr Paola Sauco and Michelle Chacon, who promptly reached out. We searched around for the right apartment and found Harbor Terrace to be the most ideal including its clean and modern lobbies in bldgs 18 & 12!"

"I’m a new tenant here at Harbor Terrace. In the three months of living at Harbor Terrace I've experienced a couple of small maintenance and noise disturbance issues with my unit. Nonetheless, it wasn’t anything that the maintenance crew or the management team couldn’t resolve in a timely manner. The complex is old, but is well maintained with the continuous efforts of all the staff here at Harbor Terrace. All the staff members are courteous and professional. I’ve had great experience with both the management and maintenance team. Brielle and Paola, I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the two of you. You two hold the fort down, and have outstanding managerial skills when dealing with the tenants' concerns, issues, and needs. Brielle was very informative, patient, and thorough during my lease signing. I am also touched by Paola reaching out to me via email regarding my billing concerns on a weekend during the off hours. The two maintenance personnel that left an impression on me are Juan and David. Both are empathetic toward the tenants' concerns and deliver superb results. The team also follows up to make sure that the outcome meets tenants satisfaction. Overall, there isn’t anything that the management and the maintenance team wouldn’t do to work with the tenant to meet an excellent quality of living here at Harbor Terrace."

"Is development is old over priced and continually needs maintenance. I’ve had leaks in my ceilings on the third floor and they were five floors coming in on both my windows continuously this is not the Nother two windows now I have to be done. The painting was horrible when I came in I said something they’re not gonna do anything everybody comes. You’re told me the walls look dirty The management office here is horrible. They couldn’t even give me the number for the corporate office because they said they don’t have it which you know they do. They just don’t wanna give it to the tenants to complain if they’re rude and they also don’t listen to the tenants needs. There’s problems with the laundry room there’s problems with the parking situation there’s no bike racks for bicycles. It’s horrible. Really? It’s overprice junk And with that type of management I would caution anyone consider renting from JC I’m living I’m paying $1900 a month for a one bedroom that is old and beat up. I had to bring my own air conditioners for the windows and I had to put rugs down the floors which cost me thousands more than I expected to pay when I signed the lease."

"I have a long history at Harbor Terrace having lived here for years. Happy apartment living depends not only on having courteous neighbors, but on Management and their representatives. The staff at Harbor Terrace may be the strongest selling point. I always been treated with respect and kindness by Paola, Jamie, David and the entire maintenance staff. I'm not afraid to ask for help if needed it because I know everyone involved in running and overseeing the complex is happy to help. They always give me reason to be grateful they are here."
