"Great and expedient job replacing my broken washer. Max and Peña were both very communicative throughout the entire process, from the moment I called it in (Max was literally at my door 15 minutes later) - once he determined the washer needed to be replaced, between Peña and himself kept in constant contact with me on the date the new machine was delivered, when it would be installed, and when my dryer brackets needed to be reinstalled to accommodate the new washer's operation, they quickly followed up and took care of it. The whole process took a week, but the fact that they stayed in touch throughout made it feel painless. I am happy with our new machine and very impressed with the service they both provided."
