"Get ready to tone it up Adults! You won’t even know how certain areas got sore for three days! Good Adult class for all levels of adults. Bring water and a little sweat towel. After a couple classes you really see the muscles change and be strong & look good. You also get the circulation with the cardio as you jump around. Take this class it’s more than worth it."
