"Place is awesome if you love the building fire alarm to go off every other month for a false alarm. I look forward to the catered food to make up for it, for the 100th time. Very nice touch! Maybe the garage door won’t open tomorrow morning like it has happened in the past. We shall see! Never a dull luxurious moment here at Vermella Garwood."

"Update* the new property manager & assistant property manager took action on this very quickly. They both called me to follow up and ask if it was better. It is so much better now and I can go to the gym without worrying about this. Love Vermella Garwood! I love our apartment but it’s very disappointing about the gym being so over powering with fragrance. I cant be in there for more than 15 minutes without getting a headache it is so strong. So disappointing because i go to the gym 6 times a week and this issue making me not want to go"

"I’m adding more to my previous review. Our New maintenance guys James and John are an awesome team. They are polite they know what they are doing. I feel safe when they entered my apartment l. Their customer service skills are excellent. Thank you Vermella for hiring these two gentleman. I have only been here 9 and so far everything is good. The maintenance manager Angel is very polite and also is very attentive to assisting the residents that live here. Vermella chose a great person to help make the quality of life great for the residents. Also the staff especially Majlinda are fantastic as well."

She was always available for questions and walked us through the entire process very organized and clearly. We have been living here for just a week, but so far we absolutely love it. "What a great experience Vermella at Garwood Station has been for my wife and me. We’ve been in the apartment for 2 weeks now and have no complaints and no regrets of downsizing from a house in town. Let’s start with the leasing here at Vermella. Our leasing agent Majlinda was very professional during the weeks we were looking at the apartments. She was very knowledgeable and informative, spending all the time we needed touring apartments and amenity areas at Vermella. Signing a lease with Majlinda was extremely quick and easy. Ultimately, we chose a brightly lit courtyard garden apartment facing the pool. We moved into Vermella in mid-February. Our move in was very easy. In the grand scheme of things, we had 2-3 minor maintenance items but the two onsite maintenance manages were able to correct them super-fast. My approval rating of this place far exceeded what I was expecting for brand new construction. All the finishes in the apartment are top notch. As for the amenity areas, Vermella is luxury apartment living. Cleaning and unkeep has been amazing of all the common areas. All the staff is friendly. In terms of improvements needed, I have none. My only recommendation after living here, is that the large master bathroom could of used a second electrical outlet on the other end of the vanity. Russo Development cares about their developments and Vermella at Garwood Station is a testament to that. If I could rate higher then a five, I certainly would."
