"Every time i call for maintenance, the guy always comes to help. Forgot his name, but he speaks Spanish and always help us out!!"
"I was a tenant at Cloverleaf for the last two years and I’m writing this review to say if you were interested in living in a quality establishment this is the place to live. From the management to the groundskeeper to every day upkeep this place is five stars. Anytime you have a question or need help with the billing or utilities it is a simple quick and easy process by calling the management office. It was always a quick response trouble free and the problem was quickly resolved. The apartment itself was up-to-date and we simply just loved living here. Again if you were thinking about living in this establishment compared to any other in the area, again it is five star."
"Rent prices are low comapred to other places in the area but you get what you pay for I’ve heard neigbor have gotten mice and definitely roaches in complex, I give them two stars due to the fact I’ve noticed they are trying to fix the place up."
"Worst place I ever lived at. Please, under no circumstances should you consider living in these apartments. It's difficult to get a hold of people, roaches are a SIGNIFICANT issue, and rent goes up every year."
"Pet friendly but also roaches and bug friendly too. Worse management Increase rent every year. Never salt walkways and never shovel snow off walkways. Tenants always volunteer to shovel off snow from walkways every time. Even last year too tenants shovel off snow from walkways NOT MIDDLESEX MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE. Sucks."
