"Good Luck! I was referred by another family who highly recommended Dolce. They praised working with Sharon, who I understood was the owner. The first time I called Stephanie answered and stated she was in the middle of a driving lesson. Then why are you answering your phone??? Perhaps this was the first sign. She asked that I call later between 6-7 pm. I had a conflict and could not call at that time. The following week I called and left a voicemail message with the information she requested regarding the student, DOB, etc. and again stated the family referral. The voicemail also stated they will respond to emails and provided an email address. It’s been two weeks and I have not received a response from by phone message or email. This is beyond unprofessional. A courtesy return phone call or email would have been the professional action advising if they are booked, or had a family emergency."
"My sister and I are twins and we passed our driving test two weeks ago with Janice. Every lesson we have had with her we would become more confident leading up to the test. On the day of our test when we came to Motor vehicle in the morning, she even made sure to reiterate things she had showed us that was important to know for the course. Janice was very encouraging and had us feeling confident before the test. We are very thankful that we used Dolce driving school."
