"Mixed Experience with Parking Woes Rating: ⭐⭐ We chose this apartment complex for its appealing features, but my experience after a year reveals a mix of positives and negatives. The beautiful and spacious apartments, the dog-friendly amenities, and a responsive maintenance team are commendable. Sadly, the ongoing issue with dog poop everywhere is a significant downside. Despite multiple stations providing bags and trash disposal, the cleanliness is a persistent problem. It's not just a matter of watching my step, but ensuring my dog doesn't step in it either. The clubhouse, while enjoyable, is often booked for private events, especially on weekends which limits its availability for residents to enjoy. Also, community events tend to be scheduled during weekdays EARLY afternoon hours, making it challenging for those with different work hours. The mailing room's disorder is another downside, although the presence of available lockers is appreciated. While I haven't personally faced package theft, my friend has, indicating a potential security concern. Parking, unfortunately, adds to the list of challenges. After work, finding a spot is often a struggle. Non-residents without parking passes take up spaces, despite threats of towing. Unfortunately, these warnings seldom translate into action, creating an ongoing inconvenience. In summary, my apartment and the outdoor spaces are delightful, but addressing issues like cleanliness, enforcing parking policies and event scheduling would significantly improve the overall living experience for residents."
"If you want an apartment that smells like cigarettes and weed, this is your place. Management is not helpful when coming to them with concerns. They spray poisons all over the grass, including the dog parks, all summer long so even though it looks like a dog-friendly property, it's not. They care more about aesthetics than your pets and children's safety. They will lie and say it's safe for animals but if you speak with the company administrating the poison they will assure you that it's not safe. Parking is a nightmare. You can not find a parking spot after 8:30 pm. If you decide to rent an apartment here please add "postal worker" to your resume. You will be sifting through packages daily for long periods of time just to find your own. The pool looks great but unless you get there as soon as it opens, there are no spots left. Also, The clubhouse is consistently rented out so you can not enjoy the amenities that you pay for. As for pros: The gym is nice and well-kept. Maintenance are great people. It's a mostly quiet community. They have a shuttle to the Linden train station."
"I was visiting a friend who just moved there. Her apartment was lovely. Clean and spacious. She had her own washer/dryer. Nice! The building was very well secured. It was also very well manicured. There were lots of nice people walking their dogs. Places along the walking routes had doggie dumpsters, so nothing need be left on the grounds. My opinion, lovely place!"
"It is really a pretty place and I would have rented an apartment here until they said no one is allowed to have any guests at the pool. Being that I have grandchildren that live out of state, that would be a real issue for me. I can understand if they limit friends to zero, but your visiting children and your grandchildren? It also seems that there should be more parking spaces and more room for such a large number of people. Besides, all the above, the staff was very friendly during the tour, and it really is a pretty place."
