"Just gotta share my recent love affair with Ritchies Music Center. Took my Darbuka Drum in for a fixer-upper, and honestly they performed some magic on it. The thing practically sings now! The team over there isn't just into repair's; they're like music doctors, reviving instruments with love. They even gave me the lowdown on how to keep my darbuka in great condition and how to adjust it. To conclude These guys are Great! the shop is awesome and very clean. They have so many awesome percussion instruments. I will be back for sure! i highly recommend this shop"

"I called Ritchie's to see if they could fix something on my guitar and they told me to come right in. The young guy working there fixed it right away. I then started looking at acoustic guitars and he suggested a relatively inexpensive Yamaha that he said he loves. I'm a beginner so I appreciated the guidance. I ended up buying the guitar and I love it. The owner was also there and he was helpful and friendly. The whole place has a good vibe and I definitely suggest going there. I only paid attention to the guitars and ukuleles and there is a huge variety in all price points. I'm not sure about all the other services and items they offer but there seems to be a lot going on so I would definitely call with any music related question."

"The owner is incredible. I went Saturday and the young man working there or a young kid lol I forgot his name, he was quick on the computer quick with everything and went out of his way to help me. He called the drum specialist because that wasn’t his department, I was on the phone talking to the drum specialist to make sure that I got the right equipment. The owner I guess gives lessons and he’s really cool so nice and the young man that was helping me was awesome. You couldn’t have more of a friendly place. I think I was there about an hour. I could’ve stayed a couple hours if I didn’t have to drive it to Pennsylvania."
