"The years-old negative reviews are very out of date. I’ve here since May 2021 and it’s been great. Love the location - food, coffee, supermarket, parking garage, subway - all within 1 block. Having a gym in the building is super convenient, the party room and garden on the roof is beautiful and great for throwing a party, watching fireworks or a summer bbq. Lots of dogs (and a place to wash your dog in the basement) which I love but if you don’t like animals it’s worth keeping in mind. Neighbors are very friendly and sane, feels very safe. I’ve forgotten to lock the door before and not sweated it because i know everyone on my floor. Washer drier in the apartment is awesome. As for the negatives the old reviews have mentioned - that may have been the case at one point but they’re non-issues anymore. The old superintendent (who has been replaced) was kind of a lazy tool, and there used to be issues with management and carpet cleanliness, but since i moved in they’ve really righted the ship. I haven’t had any issues with missing packages. The managers got the smokers to stop smoking inside, they bought new cleaning equipment, hired a new superintendent and new staff and it’s been a huge improvement. Everything is clean, new super Aleksander is very nice and responsive to any issues. There are some weird issues like the sinks are badly designed so they’re a bit annoying to clean, and some light switches are in strange spots (my bathroom light is behind the door so i walk in and have to close the door halfway in the dark to turn it on). There’s a really nice terrace on the second floor but it’s been closed for weeks because they’re searching for a leak. It’s a bummer because it’s got a nice view and nice garden. Great place to grab lunch, read or whatever. Hopefully fixed soon. Highly recommend!"

"I lived here for 2 years. Pros: - super close and convenient to the train (1 min walk to N/W at Broadway) - supermarket downstairs - Nice neighborhood and you can get to Manhattan within 10 mins on the train Cons: - Incompetent property management. It's appalling. - Rude leasing agent - Packages go missing a lot - It's a smoke free building but people smoke all the time and you can sometimes see actual smoke coming out of the vents."

"These people are crooks. I moved out on September 1 with my lease ending on November 31. I realize I need to pay rent until they find another renter, but they refuse to list the apartment or even show it to interested possible tenants. There's a law on the books stating they need to look for another renter in this sort of case. That's not to mention the horrific maintenance issues that popped up while I was living there."

"The building is amazing and emaculate. Well taken care of and the staff and management is so helpful and attentive. Friendly people and anything and everything needed is instantly taken care of. The units are so beautiful and well maintained and all the appliances are take beautiful. Love my apartment"

"That super nice balcony on top is my apartment. I get so much light in my bedroom and living room. Great building and location. A block away from the N train. Takes me 15 mins to get to Manhattan. The roof has a 360 view that includes Bk + Manhattan. David, our super, is absolutely fantastic. Comes with a gym with all the essentials. I do wish they add a smith machine to the gym. The virtual doorman is sick. I open the door from my office to let my girlfriend in. Nicest guy in the world. I once lost my key on a Friday night, he came all the way to Queens to help me in."
