"I was looking forward to get a unit here, Good: Close to train station but not that noise, 7 line like every 5mins. Good interior, everything brand new. Not good: Open the window, still get noise from trains, means cannot enjoy the nature air. the fridge is too small A little expensive on queens market. Balcony for 2 units is separated by a glass! I don’t feel safe honestly."

"I visited my friend in this building and it’s a hidden gem. Very descent amenity packages. Friendly and efficient building staff. The building is also a new construction and they used thick acoustic and thermal insulation, so both the utility bill and noise level are low. Quiet neighborhood as well, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Plus, it’s right next to the 7 train!"
