"Great building, super clean, lovely skyline views, excellent super and will respond to your issues and concerns. However, management is not as responsive. Overall, it’s a great place to live with everything around you like the subway, the LIC piers, bars and restaurants up the block and a 10-minute walk to a major supermarket (Food Bazaar). Parking is also not bad at all."

"I lived here for two years. I really enjoyed it. The building is kept clean and tidy. The management is friendly and professional. We didn’t have any disturbances from neighbors. The location is very convenient with many local stores/restaurants and the subway station across the street. I loved walking around the area and being able to walk to the water in LIC. Being right on Northern Boulevard can get noisy but the windows were airtight so when closed, it wasn’t much of an issue. It’s easy to park your car on the street but the only thing that was a huge annoyance is when the local car dealership is open, they flood the streets and sidewalk with the cars that are for sale."
