"Absolutely disappointed with my move here. Couple of things are not working when i have been moved here and i have attached the picture here for your reference and no one ready to listen to you and property manager was not in the office. 1. AC not working 2. Washer has something stuck and they never check before they pass key to me. 3.shower was not working properly. I am looking for help to fixed all above things to live here as soon as possible.I would not recommend anyone to move here as their services is terrible and they are taking too much time to listen to their residents."

"I've lived here for 20 years, very nice neighborhood. I highly recommend crown court apartments. The office staff, especially Jackie always go above and beyond. Maintenance staff is very helpful and reliable."

"They were good before and after covid if I could give them 0 stars I would. Here is the story: I submitted a service request in December 30, 2021 about our toilet flush not working (AGAIN!!!!!) and I was told that because of peak covid they cannot get anyone to repair. Today is March 3rd and nobody came to repair it. Today, we again mentioned the shower water force has been reduced all of a sudden and would like to get that corrected and the person who came said that everything is working correctly (totally not true)!!! If for a paying tenant it takes 2 month to correct(correct???) something like this I wonder how good your team of repairers and communication department is. After a lot of back and forth finally they said a plumber is coming and they never showed up. Also, please note that, I submitted this enquiry when Jacqueline was out (I regret submitting the request when she is out as she is the only reliable and responsible person in your front desk). After 2 month wait, I referred to a youtube video and fixed it myself and while I write this there is a shower issue that still needs attention. Not recommended at all."

"Very spacious apartment that has everything you might need for a comfortable living and excellent maintenance Jackie is super helpful!! I had a door lock problem last week and the gentleman from maintenance office came out shortly to fix that for me. I will recommend crown court to anyone who is looking for a private happy place to rejuvenate. The only thing is the noise from garbage truck or those "early bird" tenants's cars starting lol but it's like everything else...imperfect but progressing."

"We are pleasantly surprised with this townhouse. It is nicely located in a quiet and save neighborhood with excellent schools. The townhouse has plenty of privacy, parking and space. There are lots of nice touches throughout made the townhouse very comfortable. The management is extremely professional and responsible. They are willing to communicate and assist me with every concern I have. We absolutely love the place."
