"The only thing this place cares about is money... they charge you for everything... be careful and read the lease careful. I paid for my apartnment on time for 6 years in a row and was a loyal customer they still screw you over at the end with security deposit. Also if you live on 3rd or 4th floor the elevator breaks constantly. At one time it was out for 2-3 month. People are moving out regularly because the landlord does not care about the people."
