"Amazing building that was a renovation of an 1800s church. We have an apartment in the church that is so unique for NYC. Our friends are always impressed when they come over! There's also great views from the roof. In my previous apartment, my packages were always stolen, but here they have a package locker. Management staff is responsive and easy to work with which is hard to find in NYC."

"Trust me, you don't want to live here. The building is infested with roaches, packages are always stolen, laundry machines always broken, random alarms constantly going off in the hallways and basement, neighbors are loud and smoke cigarettes inside. Management is absolutely useless for solving any of these issues. An alarm in my apartment was going off for over a week and I could not reach anyone to come fix it."

"THIS PLACE IS A JOKE and so is Caguya Capital Management. Seriously, the people that work at this management are all extremely passive aggressive and do not care about you unless it’s to ask for rent. There is NO hot water here, the neighbors are LOUD, you’ll be living right next to the LOUD train and gas station. The best part is, Packages get STOLEN the second they arrive. Most likely someone living in the building stealing the packages because it’s not like anyone is going to do anything and the security cameras clearly don’t work. One time, the lobby was splattered with blood all over the floors and walls. Still lack of transparency from CCM on what went on and why blood was everywhere. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT move to this dump or anywhere that is run by Caguya Capital Management ."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. The building is not taken care of by ANYONE, management does not care about you or your safety. If you have any issues with your unit, there is no one to contact. Management will not get back to you until 2-10 business day later, but most of the time they will NEVER reply to you if you have any problems. The front doors to the building are never closed/locked, anyone can come in. Packages are stolen at every hour of the day, so if you are not home 24/7 waiting, 99% chances are--your package is stolen. Don't let the look of the exterior deceive you. You will be living either next to a bar that is loud or a gas station & car wash that has people blasting their music all day on top of being right next to the train which passes every 5 minutes. Literally LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE and do NOT lease under Caguya Capital."
