"Lived (living) here from Jan - Dec 2020 and I'm pretty satisfied with the value. Solid apartment building with decent construction, no bugs at all. Management has been reasonable so far. There appears to be a bunch of Pratt students living here, but they're quiet. My biggest complaints, which are pretty minor, are that the equipment in the gym is mediocre and the stairwell doors slam shut. I'd stay away from any units near the stairwells. Just got my deposit back in full. I did do a good job cleaning, I have to admit, but I was pleasantly surprised."

"They were cheating people with fake prices. The price is not worth it. The apartment is not soundproof and noisy. Many public facilities are broken. The access control is also broken. There are always noisy parties in the building, and many strangers come in and make noise.The doorman always disappeared. This apartment is not recommended"

"I took a recent visit to the complex and by god am I impressed. For its size, it has everything needed of what you would find in a complex in Manhattan. Rooftop for small parties, game & music studio room, Fitness room, office room, and more. I would absolutely love to take a room or apartment here. I was recently told that management runs credit check, so I don't know how good my credit is, but it doesnt run my life. Anyway, there should be more pictures of available rooms/apts so guests know what they are getting. Recommended."

"Newly constructed condominium complex. Large expansive spaces and some units are duplexes with moderate outdoor spaces. Public areas are cleverly situated throughout with some useful amenities provided as well."
