"I lived here for two years and loved it!!! PROS: there are plenty of amenity spaces & they are clean and easy to reserve if you’d like. The rooftop, movie theatre, & co-working space are fantastic if you’re having guests over or you work from home. The walls are pretty thick so we almost never heard our neighbors (and never got complaints when we did have gatherings/played music). There are other reviews mentioning how the building is cheaply made but I would disagree - the cabinets/drawers are soft close and the appliances are standard stainless steel. The building was pretty well maintained and kept clean throughout. There are multiple elevators and we rarely had issues with them malfunctioning. The leasing team, especially Katherine and Elizabeth, was exceptionally friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests were promptly handled. It is a dog friendly community (with a dog park) & all residents were pleasant. CONS: the biggest headache was the guest parking - there are simply not enough parking spaces for guests. The fees to reserve amenities are non-refundable. This wasn’t the case when I first moved in but the policy was later changed to make the reservation fee non-refundable and require event insurance. The amenities close at 11pm, however, this is pretty standard in similar type of apartment complexes. Overall, I had a great experience living at The View and honestly don’t have any negative remarks. The community is fairly new, clean, and in a great location!"

"I'm shocked by the numerous negative reviews because my two-year experience at The View was fantastic. I would have stayed longer if not for a work relocation. Despite initial concerns about the train noise, it quickly became background white noise. The amenities, especially the rooftop, were incredible. While there was a time when amenity reservation fees were refundable and event insurance wasn't required, unfortunate incidents led to changes. Though fees are no longer refundable, the space is worth it. The gym is decent (though not 24 hours), the jacuzzi is small but delightful, and the game room and theater were awesome. Considering the $40 monthly fee, the amenities are well worth it. The building is well maintained, and any issues were promptly resolved by maintenance. Nearby conveniences like a liquor store and grocery store, along with a variety of major retailers within a 10 minute radius, make the location excellent. Plus, the sound insulation is impressive you won't hear your neighbors. Guest parking posed a slight challenge, but overall, The View was a worthwhile experience, and I'll genuinely miss it!"

"My girlfriend and I moved here 3 months ago, our first apartment so we were very nervous. I have to say Elizabeth was great she helped put our mind at ease. Even when we text Elizabeth what I would say was a million times, she was patient and answered all of our questions. This was one of the reasons why we decided on The View, plus the amenities and apartments are great! Staff has been very responsive and attentive to our needs."

"Great experience all around. Elizabeth was amazing. Very responsive and attentive. Answered all the questions we had before we signed the lease. She was very patient, and a pleasure to deal with! Move in was smooth. Property is clean and well looked after. Tenants so far have been very friendly and accepting. Tons of amenities that we’re yet to try. Maintenance is also great and quick to fix. We’re very happy with the decision."
