"I purchased the new balance shoes from this company and they did not fit. I sent multiple emails requesting a return label and they did not respond. Ever. I called the number on their “return” label and the distributor said I need to contact Malbon directly. Again, no response. I guess they decided stealing money is more important than basic customer service that literally ever brand leads with…. Zero respect for this distribution run “brand.”"
