The Colony

"The building itself is decent.. they at least upkeep the lobby but the actual apartments are old and falling apart.. I’ve been living here for a few months, most of the doormen are kind and helpful… The garage attached to the building though… these guys are super strict on who gets to park where.. manager literally CHASED me to the top of the garage bc I forgot my building parking sticker the next month one of his workers blocks me off from exiting the garage with another tenants car?! Super unprofessional behavior and truly has made me uncomfortable the last few months. Don’t share parking with a building if you are not going to provide the parking. I pay the additional fees for the lot!!"

"My experience about The Colony in Fort Lee are pretty good. My grandma and grandpa now live at the Colony since 2021 and they love it. We sometimes visit them at their apartment for weekends and holidays. Everything at the Colony is fantastic when you visit family and friends."
