"The routine construction noise on a daily basis in this condo from Monday-Friday 9-5PM is simply unbelievable. Endless hours of jackhammers, drills, saws, constant hammering, and demolishing of walls in a concrete building. It's so serious as to cause hearing loss and make you want to yell in agony. There is no attempt to mitigate any of the construction noise. With 500 units, there is always someone changing their flooring, kitchen, or bathrooms. The HVAC system needs to be replaced in every single unit, a large multi-year construction effort which will require demolishing walls in each unit. If you value quiet enjoyment of your condo, this is not the building for you. If you move forward with owning a condo here, make sure to also purchase several sets of heavy duty construction earmuffs to save your hearing and sanity. UPDATE: Please see photos where the relentless demolition caused a section of concrete ceiling to collapse."
"Thank god I just sold. - most of the board has resigned and the building is facing massive multi million dollar repairs i.e Risers, Unit Heating and Cooling units. Additionally the lobby, and hallways are totally outdated. With the just released information on the costs to replace the "wall" and still awaiting the costs for the garage water infiltration issue this building will need slightly OVER TWENTY MILLION DOLLARS of maintenance/repairs. Capitol assessments will easily reach over $500 per month on top of the monthly maintenance bill. You know its raining when not even looking out the window when you have to walk around the leaks from the upper deck into the upper garage and you may need boots if you go to the lower garage. This is a joke of a building. Avoid this building at all cost."
