From the get-go, the team was friendly, clear in their communication, and no funny-business. While the process to getting into our lease was painless and fantastic, the management of the property while we lived there was as good, if not better. Most recently, They went above and beyond in meeting our family's needs. Whenever there was an issue - great or small - Management would respond shortly, and have the issue addressed. In fact, they went to great lengths to make sure that things were being taken care of in a timely manner, taking personal ownership and following through every single time, even following up with us after repairs were completed to make sure things went smoothly. "Just moved in to these brand new apartments. They are absolutely gorgeous, luxurious, and spacious. I have so much place for storage. The gym in the club house is a great perk! Lori the property manager is very sweet and responds quickly. There is an amazon hub for packages So it gets delivered safely and securely. My favorite part of the apartments is the full size washer and dryer and high vaulted ceilings."
