"Absolutely the worst management ever! They let people that are not listed on the lease to live in their units. Isn’t this a major violation of your lease stipulations? They let mentally sick people occupy apartments under someone else’s name for months and collecting little rent while charging hardworking families at least double the rent for the same size apartments. What games is management playing? Certainty not very legal if they break their own rules. Why is it allowed for tenant to be arrested and called cops on MULTIPLE times to still occupy an apartment? Why is it allowed to have someone disturb everyone else’s peace any hour of the day and night?? How is it normal to allow someone to purposefully inflict damages to other tenants and being terrorized by them?! And all you do is lie to people that you’re fixing it! Just like you changed the windows and balcony doors for the past 5-6 years! And yet, you collect 2.5-5% rent increases every year! Even the so called “lawyer” that is employed by the management is a young inexperienced girl that has a “go fund me” page for her wedding in Spain! Seriously?! Shame on you!"
"Leasing Dept review: I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the leasing department while searching for an apartment to rent. It all started in December of 2022, when I stumbled upon an apartment listing on Zillow and reached out to the department for more information. The first representative I spoke with was friendly and helpful, and I was hopeful that the rest of the process would be just as smooth. Unfortunately, my experience with subsequent leasing agents was a complete nightmare. Each time I reached out for more information, I was given different answers about the price of the apartment, leaving me confused and frustrated. One agent quoted me a price of $2,250 for a two-bedroom apartment, but when I called back later, another agent told me it was $2,450. To make matters worse, the agents had no clarity on the condition of the bathroom. When I requested to see pictures of the bathroom, they informed me that it may not have undergone a complete renovation and referred to it as a "half renovation". This term made absolutely no sense to me, and it left me wondering whether the bathroom would be renovated or not. I was told that if it was a half renovation, the price would be somewhere in the middle of $2,250 and $2,450, which only added to my confusion. Trying to apply for the apartment was an absolute nightmare as well. I was informed that only one person in the leasing department could provide me with the application link, but they were unavailable for half of December and the first two weeks of January. Initially, I was told they were out sick for the day, then told they were off another day, and finally, that they were on vacation. I left several voicemails and sent numerous emails, but received no response. The entire process was incredibly frustrating and ultimately led me to give up on the apartment and look elsewhere for a new place to live. What's more, today (February 16, 2023), I received an email from the leasing department asking if I was still interested in the apartment with an immediate follow-up of "we've tried to reach out to you several times." This came as a shock to me as I had received no prior contact attempts from them. Overall, I would highly caution prospective tenants about the lack of coordination and consistency within this leasing department. The information provided by different leasing agents was contradictory and confusing, and applying for the apartment was an absolute nightmare. The lack of communication and follow-up from the leasing department only added to my frustration. I hope my experience can help others avoid a similarly frustrating apartment hunting process."
"I moved here from NYC summer of 2021 & I haven't regretted it. Great complex & management. Everything is kept clean. The grass is maintained. The garbage is picked up on time. Anything that needs to be fixed is taking care of right away. Anwar is a blessing. She's been a big help from the beginning & she always available. The apartments are big & spacious. The balcony is definitely a plus. We also love the convenient parking. They have a very nice & attentive staff. This isn't a place you'd have to think twice about moving too."
