"I've been living at this beautiful apartment for about 7 months, and my experience from the day that I walked in to now has been nothing short of amazing. Ivy and Green is a stunning, luxurious and modern property in a developing neighborhood with aspiring young thriving professionals like myself. I enjoy the amenities, the overall aesthetics and look of the building, and the staff and management team that goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that all tenants are satisfied, safe and comfortable. I feel right at home."

"I’ve been living here for about 5 months and finally decided to offer my thoughts on this complex. Everything looks great and the amenities are gorgeous. The staff is phenomenal and any work requests are rapidly addressed, but that’s really about where the positives end. The walls and ceilings in this complex are paper thin, as are most “luxury” apartments today. You can easily hear muffled conversations through the walls and the ceilings/floors are hollow. You will hear just about every step your upstairs neighbor takes and if any of your neighbors have a heavy footstep, it WILL shake your apartment. Conversations from surrounding apartments also echo through the vents in the built in washer/dryer unit and if your neighbors are using their washer/dryer, you will hear it. One of the bigger problems is that it seems like every other weekend, somebody is hosting a massive party and your apartment will violently shake because of it. When the train passes by, you can physically feel the apartment complex shaking, which doesn’t exactly inspire peace of mind. Parking is another issue altogether. Although spaces are assigned, you will regularly find non-residents in your spot, forcing you to look elsewhere. Overall, I would strongly advise AGAINST renting from this complex. You’ll enjoy the amenities for all of one month before loathing the rest of your time here. For how high the rent is, the build quality is exceedingly poor and you are better off renting a home or from another apartment complex at this price point."

"I have been living at Ivy and Green for 7 months or so now and I have not had any issues! I appreciate Jonathan he has such great people skills, great professionalism and i I appreciate both him and Erica for working with me! I appreciate the cleanliness of the building the beautiful esthetics The Concierge are great professional at all times and helpful especially Goerge he is the kindest person and I'm grateful for this place. It's a great place for both my service dog and this vet to live. I feel safe here! Thank you for the opportunity to live in such a beautiful place."

"Baby Baby Baby. This high end luxury beauty is mouth dropping! I was doing a delivery to a client and could not believed the amenities this bad boy comes with. On top of that, I met the most professional, kind, energetic, manger name Jonathan. He took the time out to share some great information about these lovely units. (He was off the clock no commission involved) He will be a big reason we consider living at his properties. They are lucky to have such a blessing like him."

"On my second visit to Ivy and Green there was a new person sitting at the concierge desk. His name is Noah and although he tried to come across as polite he had some issue with my realtor. He wasn’t professional as to how he dealt with whatever his issue was. While my realtor kept his cool, Noah wouldn’t let it go. He said he had to go up to the office to let them know we were there. That took him 15 plus minutes, than he proceeded to question me about how I heard about the building. Something that’s none of his business. And than to make matters more uncomfortable he took my realtor outside to discuss whatever it was bothering him. If Noah can’t put his personal issues aside and go on with business he has no place working in a high end apt building where discretion is of the utmost importance. He made me feel uncomfortable for no reason. I’m now thinking whether I’m going to proceed with leasing at Ivy and Green I don’t want to have to deal with such pettiness on a daily basis. Someone needs to school this boy."
