"Would give zero stars if I could. Management is unavailable, uncaring, and and unhelpful. Building is full of cockroaches, mice, and insane people. Rent for one bedroom is 2k and the building has zero amenities. Do not move here at all. Not even if you're desperate. A homeless shelter is better kept."
"Quiet clean upscale well-kept"
"The lowest rating I could give was 1 star. The neighborhood is pretty and all BUT the place is HORRIBLE. First of all the rent is sky high! A two bedroom apartment can cost you almost $3,000 monthly. There's no parking after like 4pm and if you do happen to find parking, it'll be 3-4 blocks down. Extreme favoritism, they get rid of spots and let neighborhood favorites park there and others get threatened with tickets or towing. But hey if you want to pay $200 + monthly for a parking spot to each his own! Elevator repairs for 3 months straight meaning you're climbing flights of stairs and crossing a roof to get to your building forget about night time it's PITCH BLACK up there. Roaches in apartments, and they rarely send their exterminators around.. don't waste your money, glad I moved out!!"
"Great area nice apartment."
