"The apartment is fairly priced but does not come w adequate maintenance. It’s common knowledge that no answers by phone or email to requests for repairs will be received. The floors under the rug is missing in parts. The locks aren’t installed well and keys are useful q of 4 times. At times the smell of unidentified urine is sickening. Filled hole in front door area with cement when told it’s wouldn’t be done. Neighbors are nice and it’s a quiet community. Disappointing services."

"***UPDATE*** I never received a new lease, repairs were never made from damaged caused by maintenance/management's lack of response. After over 3 years here I gave 30 days notice before moving out, received no response from management other than the signed paperwork for the letter and no word on my security deposit. This is one of the most poorly ran offices I have ever seen. ****************************** Walls are paper thin. Maintenance slow to respond to issues. Neighbors smoke right outside your windows."

"Hello I wanted to share my great experience with the staff at Bari Manor. I had a problem with my account and reached out to Mr. Brown and Marc the Bookkeeper for help because I didn't know where else to turn. What a great thing that turned out to be. I was assured I would have a meeting with Marc the bookkeeper to go over my account with me and that everything would be rectified. We worked close together and yes !! everything was rectified as promised. I was so happy no more stress. Marc is great at what he does and he is an asset to the company. Very satisfied tenant. Thank you all."

"They have air conditioning on their web site as an amenity, but refuse to provide it. We have been fighting for 3 months to get it. We have days that are 87-92 degrees in our apartment and they still refuse."
