"While I like my unit and living space, this building has been hell. I’ve complained to management multiple times about my upstairs neighbors being extremely loud through all hours of the day and night. All I hear every hour of every day is stomping and banging which keeps my family and I up and wakes us up at early hours. Management never responds to my emails but has no problem sending emails about paying rent and everything under the sun that’s irrelevant to me. This is supposed to be a luxury building and my experience has been far from it. I just moved here 6 months ago and I’m already looking to get out once my lease ends bc of the lack of responsiveness from management. It’s just unprofessional and rude at this point. If you want to live somewhere that causes constant rage and anxiety then live here! By the way, don’t listen to the 5 star reviews. We were told those who wrote a 5 star review get a $50 gift card."

"If you are looking for luxury, please steer clear from this building AND any other building operated by this company. I was stuck in an elevator @ the West New York location a few days ago and had to sit in there for about 30 minutes until the fire department finally came to let me out. Now, I understand that these things happen with technology and all but nobody from management has reached out to check if I’m ok. I believe that it’s the little things such as showing concern for your residents, that define luxury. Management is NEVER reachable, like literally never, even during a state of an emergency. So if you enjoy having your sanity and not dealing with incompetence every time something comes up, I highly recommend that you steer clear from these buildings."

"One of the worst companies to deal with. It’s bad enough they bought this building and increased rent on people by 30%. The management do not respond to emails or phone calls. I’m glad to be moving out of this dump. Be prepared to deal with a lot of headaches when moving in here"
