"I recently had a phone conversation with Lucy and I must say, it was a highly disappointing experience. Her lack of professionalism and unhelpful demeanor left me with a negative impression. When I checked the building reviews, I can see that I am not the only person who has unfortunate interaction with her. From the moment our conversation began, it was clear that Lucy had little interest in providing helpful information or making me feel welcome. Her tone of voice conveyed an unfriendly demeanor, making the conversation feel cold and unwelcoming. When I asked specific questions about the building and moving dates, Lucy's responses were evasive and lacked the necessary details. Instead of providing clear and concise information, she seemed disinterested and unprepared to address my inquiries. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about important aspects of my potential move. Based on my phone interaction with her, I am left with serious doubts about the level of professionalism and customer service provided. Clear and helpful communication is vital when considering a move, and unfortunately, Lucy's disrespectful and unhelpful approach fell short of my expectations. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the customer service experience for all potential residents."

"Absolutely love living here. Lucy was so responsive and kind when I inquired about the building. She was extremely helpful and honest in helping me choose an apartment. Zack has got this place running smoothly 24/7 down to the smallest details. He’s helped me out with a few things he wasn’t obligated to and you can tell he takes pride in making sure things are running to his standards which are clearly high. Manny at the front desk is awesome. Quiet peaceful luxury living. No nonsense here. Highly recommend!"

"To whom it may concern.. Please do not bother damaging your credit score with their applications. My husband & I both with very good credit were denied and took a hit on our credit score. The realtor Lucy & property manager were very welcoming and helpful throughout the application process as they seem delighted to get us in. Once it came to dealing with the leasing office… I can say is I’m at a loss for words. How can you speak to others this way? Zach was unprofessional & did not have much information as to why we were denied. We waited for more details as he never returned our call & said would need to check with the office. Please look elsewhere and do not waste your time."
