"I will leave different reviews for each topic, the first topic is the pets that allowed and kept in these apartments, for one they are huge and some of the pet owners can hardly control their dogs. These dogs should have muzzles on. I wouldn’t recommend letting kids walk alone because you never know what big untrained dog is coming around the corner. That reason alone is why I personally wouldn’t renew my lease, I guess it will take for someone to get bite before they enforce some rules. I have reached out to the management about this situation but nothing has changed. I almost had to run to my door this morning because yet again the dog almost ran out the door when the owner tried to walk out of their house. Thankfully I did not have to run today."

"I LOVE this apartment building! The staff is very kind, welcoming, and nice. They’re also extremely helpful with any questions or anything that needs attention at that apartment. The entire building is also really modern & new. They designed it very well and it’s very fresh when you come in & explore the place. Lucy & Jason are beyond helpful and kind & they made the decision of living here a very confident one. Thankful for hedges!!!"

"My apartment is beautiful and the grounds are always clean! I love that you had a Hedges at Hawthorne Day for everyone to mingle. The staff here is extremely helpful and all of my neighbors are kind. Everyone says hello in the hallways and elevators."

"Love, love, love our stylish new apartment and amenities! The dog park is a huge plus. We were one of the first ones to move in. The buildings opening was iffy for a while there but we made it. Adrien and Lucy were great at keeping us updated and now are always there to lend a helping hand when needed We look forward to this new chapter of our lives. Thank you ladies and Hedges for making everything possible. The S Family*** Update we are here over 4 months now and noticed a couple of negative reviews about management reporting every thing they see. Well it is their job and a job well done. The materials they used to build it are of the highest quality. Here we find everything we were looking for. It is safe, clean, very well organized. I love the amenities and can’t wait for them all to kick in. The management is always helpful. I really recommend The Hedges if you’re looking for your next home!"
