"NEVER RENT A ROOM HERE!!!! One AC of the living room was broken for almost one year and no one comes to repair it. One AC of the bedroom also has some problems and can’t be used at all. They sent someone to fix it and because he didn’t have parts for the AC, that man never came back again. The weather is pretty hot these days so we have to stay in a hotel for more than two weeks with poor pets and still no one came to repair it. Not to mention compensation, there’s no compensation and of course I don't expect any. They even told us that we can’t find people to repair the AC by ourselves so the only thing we can do is waiting endlessly. The apartment staff rarely answered the phones with a bad attitude. Definitely the worst apartment in my life!!!"

"Maybe this would help others: I rented this apartment in may. When I moved in, I paid 3months in advance. Well, let me tell you that I've been having only issues with the apartment: -I have outlets that I have NO POWER. -The A/C's aren't efficient, they don't cool off good enough and the partment gets VERY HOT. -One of the wood tiles in the kitchen floor its coming off. I have submitted a work order for these issues like 20 times, and they either don't come, or when they come they don't fix it and say they will send somebody else to do it and that person never arrives. I'm very disappointed of this place. ALSOOOO THE POOL IS STILL CLOSED AND NOBODY KNOWS WHEN IT WILL BE OPEN. Its July 15th and no answer on the pool either. Paying for amenities that one cant even use."

"Building/ apartment is decent. Air/ heat units are not the most efficient. Kitchen gets warm in the summer. Ventilation is not good. I get all the smoking smell from the neighbors. They do not make repairs in a timely manner- if at all, don’t answer emails (there’s no way to reach/ leave a message after hours), do nothing about smoking in a non-smoking building, fire alarm goes off regularly (go figure) and they do nothing for pest control (had ants and roaches). I’ve rented apartments all over the country and they are the worst management I’ve ever dealt with. They do not even pretend to care about their tenants."

"Decided to rent here... for the 3 month free deal you can't beat that price for a luxury building with all the amenities. Very psyched to be chilling on the rooftop pool deck that has unobstructed views of all of Manhattan. Super easy to get to the city by car train bus. Faster and cheaper then BK and you pay less taxes... depends on what you want but for a luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath this is the best deal in the area."
