Blackstone Parc is equivalent to a luxury Manhattan apt, nestled nicely here in Riverdale. The proximity to Westchester, NJ & Manhattan is fabulous. The apts are extremely large & the amenities are terrific."

"I have lived in this area for a few years now, and this building is by far the best building I have moved into. When I first was looking to move to the area, I was nervous about made-up fees, but the management company was honest, consistent, and reliable. They went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect! The management company truly cares about it's tenants and does any/all things to ensure their tenants are comfortable. They truly get that this is our home! There are robust amenities, but my favorite is the bbq pit on the roof. The roof is filled with sunlight. There is an ample open space to relax, play games, and hang out! I recently had to relocate for work, but when I found out I could return to NY, I immediately asked to move back in! I am looking forward to coming back to the community."
