"DO NOT MOVE HERE! They will work outside your apartment even on Saturdays! They will not have any respect, You will not have a second of peace living here! You will try to contact the office and the office is closed because they need to rest, but the tenants do not have the right to do the same."
"I am not sure on how they got these good reviews, but this is the worst management ever... You have not rights at all in here, Maia and Nicole will make your life miserable. When I got here another person was on charge and everything was good, but then the person left and: 1. I got notifications about smoking violation without being a smoker, I asked about it to management and they told me that they think somebody on my side of the building is smoking, and that is the reason they sending a violation notice by email. I tried to get on writing that I did not violate anything after I requested an inspection that never got, and MAIA and NICOLE started arguing , hung up the phone on me, and never sent what I requested. 2. They asked me to get rid of my dog because they do not accept dogs, but in the building lived multiple dogs at that time and the lease did not say anything about not accepting dogs. A month later, oh surprise, they started asking for a fee to have dogs in the building, after tell me to get rid of my dog or leave, like the dog is an object that you can just throw away. Was all about, the money. 3. Without notification they will have constructions on top of you, next to you, and outside of your apartment at the same time, using drills, hammers and everything you can imagine, without any respect or consideration of tenants. If you ask or complaint about it, they will send you an email on how to break the lease paying three months of rent, like is your fault. 4. They applied some chemical for filtration on the roof of the building, next to our AC, and the odor was so strong that I contacted them, guest what, the super of the building offered me a fan as the solution of an apartment full of chemicals, to me and my pregnant wife. I vomited 3 times that day, that strong was the smell. 5. They require a rental insurance, and I had one first year, then the second year, I got the same insurance, just renewed the policy, but that was not enough, they start saying my insurance was on violation, after having it for a year without an issue, but they just wanted more money, they started to threaten me with charge me until I did what they wanted me to do. 6. They will send you reminders of payments every month, but on top of that by "courtesy", reminders the 3rd of the month about the same thing, and will go and go chasing you, like you owe them anything. We never missed a payment in the time we have here. And I can continue telling histories on how you will have not right or will not be able to have a good quality of life living here. DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT! I wish I can upload the videos about the noises on this review. I am still living here and do not know what to do, with 10 months left on the lease. I repeat MAIA and NICHOLE, if this company cared about their tenants, should be not working here."

"I recently had the opportunity to purchase a canopy from Arlan with Exclusive Generosity that he had for sale. He was very prompt with communication and very accommodating with meeting up with me at a convenient time for me. He truly cares about making the customer happy. I would not hesitate doing business with him again in the future. If you are in the need of gear, check him and his business out. I don’t think you will be disappointed. He seems to really want to help skydivers get what they need. Most importantly, he was very open and transparent about everything with me."
