"I came for my appointment, five minutes early and announce my name to the lady at the front desk who ignored me repeatedly told me to wait on the side proceeded to do 20 other things, and when she was finally done told me that I was late for my appointment and I would have to reschedule and when I asked to speak to a nurse about it the nurse came said I am late for my appointment. I’ll have to reschedule and then when I told her what had happened she said she’ll deal with it, and I asked to speak to the doctor to inform him and then she lied and said that he already knew which could’ve been possible since she was in front of me the whole time never went to tell him. My primary care doctor was very disappointed and stopped referring clients to them altogether"
