"Stay away from that overpriced smelly place. Freight train that runs every hour like 25 feet away day and night will ruin your sleep at night when he is signaling for whole five minutes so loud, that even closed windows and ear plugs won’t help. We were told that it runs 2-3 times a day! That was a lie! You will have to dust your place every other day as the dust from close proximity to tracks will be everywhere. If you get lucky your hallway will be vacuumed once in 3-4 month, but only first floor, it’s obviously too much to ask him to go upstairs and vacuum. Grass is growing on a cosmic speed obviously because they cut it , actually brush it, every week, or even often. Sweet deal! Super is very hard to find and get help as he is too busy (?)to serve you."
