"Apartments are super noisy, you can hear every noise (small or large) through the ceilings and walls.  Complained numerous times to the management office about the constant noise from the neighbors above, below and around me that NEVER stops and management doesn't care and takes no action to address the poor conditions. I would recommend anyone considering living here "future residents" stop and talk to CURRENT residents after the sales tour and get REAL feedback from people who live here!  There are plenty of people walking dogs or just hanging out that would be more than happy to provide their honest feedback!"

"I realize a lot of people, write reviews. But here's a reviewed from person who work there and was one of the manager there ......the place is very loud! never gonna change. If you can live anywhere, don't live there. There is lot of problems. And one of biggest problem is the property manager ANNA she Don't really care. Very loud, very noisy, and it is a revolving door there. Look how many people's been there in out there Property manager is a joke. She doesn't do anything one of the most racist person I've ever worked for. Sorry for any mistakes misspell. PROOF READ THAT ANNA .............. STAY WAY FROM THAT COMPANY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!"

"My family and I had a positive experience living at the district. The only thing that took some time was for some of the amenities to get up and running because we moved in right after the building opened. Other than that the amenities including the pool/steam room and gym were all very nice. I appreciated many of the staff as well for being so responsive when we had issues that needed to be tackled. Thanks to Henry, anna and Tim for a wonderful experience."

"We’ve been living here for 5 months and the negative reviews are confusing me! It’s been lovely. Great staff, kind people. The vibe is casual and friendly. I am never bothered by the noise on my floor but can occasionally hear my upstairs neighbor. I live in an apartment though, so kind of makes sense. They might consider carpeting at some point - which could help. I rarely write reviews but this place is great and the reviews don’t match up with my experience. I had to speak up."
