"We moved in about 2+ years ago and love it! the location is amazing and everyone is super friendly. At first we had problems with the AC (it was during summertime); however we brought it up with management, they evaluated the units and replaced them!"
"I give one star for the management. We had issues with the AC units like most other people I talked to in the building and no one did anything about it. Your electric bill will go up a couple hundred dollars a month without using the AC units much and they won't cool off the apartment. I was charged for a bathroom vent that wasn't installed properly so one day it just fell off the ceiling. I was told to prove it when their photo of it already proved that it was glued in painted in place since there was no hinge inside. Very rude and greedy. There were packages stolen from the front on more than one occasion. I know more than once but who knows how many times because they did not notify people in the building and try to tell them to be aware of package theft. For these prices, get a doorman apartment. If you have the money to live here, you'll spend less to get a nicer place in the area with AC that actually works and management that doesn't ignore you."
"The units are nice, when is not summer. They charge luxury prices, but owners go cheap by not providing blinds and really cheap and less than adequate AC units. They consume a LOT of electricity, and do not cool the room at all. If you spend the summer in the city, do not lease here. Other than that, the units are beautiful and very spacious."
