The management team directed me to use Clickpay for rent during the summer, only to later claim it was no longer functional, resulting in a double charge for the following month. Despite my repeated attempts, both in person and through various communication channels, to resolve the matter and obtain a promised refund, I have yet to see any resolution. I even provided my bank statement as evidence of the erroneous charge in October. This lack of responsiveness and accountability regarding billing issues raises serious concerns about the management team's commitment to tenant satisfaction. Prospective tenants should exercise caution when considering this apartment complex, especially given the apparent disregard for financial matters and tenant concerns."

"I've been living in this building for a while now, and I can confidently say that it has been an exceptional experience. The management and staff here really go above and beyond to ensure that the residents have plenty of opportunities to connect, have fun, and feel like a part of a vibrant community. Every month, there are a variety of activities and events planned out, catering to all kinds of interests. From cocktail-making classes that bring out the inner mixologist in us, to exciting ping pong tournaments, and cozy movie nights – there's always something to look forward to. These events not only provide great entertainment but also offer a fantastic way to meet and bond with fellow residents. What I appreciate the most is the effort put into making these activities truly enjoyable. The staff ensures everything is well-organized, creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere. It’s clear that they genuinely care about fostering a strong community spirit within the building. The amenities are top-notch, the events are always a blast, and the sense of community is unlike anything I’ve experienced in other residences. I feel incredibly lucky to call this place home and would recommend it to anyone looking for more than just a place to live, but a place to truly belong."

"We've been living at the Hub for about 5 months now and so far we absolutely love it! The apartments are modern, bright and spacious and the amenities are second to none. The gym is one of the reasons we decided on the Hub as our home. The newly opened rooftop terrace has stunning views of Brooklyn and Manhattan. Everyone in the building (resident and employee) is polite and cheerful. Plus, we're walking distance to just about any train we could ever need, restaurants and shopping!"
