The Delford

"I have been recently moved to the USA and searching for my dream house. On one fine day, I received information about The Delford and immediately I started inquiring. Meanwhile, I met one of the best people I ever met Mr. Marcus Lee. Marcus gave me a great tour of the entire building. (inside as well as outside) He has given me detailed information about the onsite project of The Delford. After gathering various information, I can say that this is going to be the fabulous building coming in the heart of the city Rochelle Park. The location is very quiet, energetic & fantastic. This apartment has a fitness center, pool, and all other amenities that you can imagine and will find at The Delford. I can't describe everything in my short review but I can say that my dream comes true and we are so excited to embark on our new journey in Rochelle Park, NJ. Last but not least, I want to say that Mr. Marcus is an excellent person because of his supportive nature, friendly, patient, helpful to everyone, respect for others, knowledge and so many other qualities. I asked him so many questions and about more than 100 emails inquiring but without losing any control on angered, he satisfactorily replied to my all emails. Not only this, it helped me to decide which apartment is best suited for me considering me and my family members. In short, I have spent months working with Marcus but today I can say that I am as a tenant in the great hands of Marcus & all other persons involved in the project. Once again, Thank you Marcus & all team members !!"

"Signing a lease for an apartment before it’s actually built comes with a lot of blind faith. But with the help of Marcus Lee, my partner and I both knew we were in great hands. From the very first interaction he was personable, friendly and related in many ways. It never once felt as a sale pitch when it came to dealing with looking at the delford. He continues to update us with what is going on and answering EVERY SINGLE QUESTION I possibly have no matter the time or day. We are so excited to embark on this new journey to New Jersey and saying goodbye to westchester where we called home for 30 years. The delford looks like a dream home along with its location. "What an absolute beautiful building is coming to Rochelle Park! The apartments are stunning with high end finishes and it includes a wonderful fitness center. The proximity to New York is right out the front door and shopping is within walking distance. The staff is exceptional -my agent Marcus, Elya the construction manager and Sunny. "I went to visit the Delford a few weeks ago. Though it was still under construction it looks like it is going to be a fabulous building. It has everything! I did see an apartment, which was beautiful. It was very light and bright. There was a lot of counter space. There were also plenty of big, beautiful floor to ceiling windows which means the apartment will be full of sunlight. The location is also great, walking distance to shopping. I have spent months working with Marcus Lee. He is the absolute best!!! He is patient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. No matter how many times I contacted him, and there were, MANY, he always responded immediately and patiently. He is extremely accommodating and and anything I needed or asked for he went out of his way to provide. He is one of the greatest assets the Delford has. Be sure to ask for him!!"

"The building looks great and well-built. The building is located in a quiet place, and Shoprite is located nearby, so it's very convenient. The apartment is well-structured, and all new home appliances is another reason to make the decision. Marcus gave me a great tour of the entire building. He helped me to decide which apartment was well suited me. Very excited to move in July!"
